Aromatic Body Oil For Sunburn For Children
Olive oil is and excellent oil to heal burns and scalds, and has traditionally been used in this way for centuries. The extra virgin (first pressing) is high in vitamins and minerals. Calendula oil is another ingredient recommended to add for healing skin preparartion. Wheatgerm oil is an anti-oxident and is useful for burns and damaged skin.

5 Tbsp Extra virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Calendula infusion oil
1 Tbsp Wheat Germ oil
16 drops Lavender essential oil
2 drops Neroli essential oil
1 drop Chamamile essential oil

In a 4-ounce amber bottle, add the essential oils. Add the olive, calendula, and wheat germ oils and shake gently to mix. Label contents. This oil goes on easily when the skin is moist. Spray the body with Lavender flower water, or don’t completely dry after bathing. Spread this oil on in a thin layer. It will help to seal in the moisture on the skin and glide on easily when applied in this way. Note: Apply this oil after the skin has cooled for several hours or overnight.
