Facial Nourishment for Oily Skin
To balance oily skin
2 tsp hazelnut oil
1 tsp jojoba oil
1/4 tsp carrot seed oil
6 drops Rosemary essential oil
2 drops Geranium essential oil
2 drops Basil essential oil
2 drops Cypress essential oil
In a one-ounce amber glass bottle, add the vegetable and seed oils. Add the essential oils and mix well by shaking the bottle. Label. Use twice daily after cleaning the face and use a facial mist just prior to applying. Use 4 to 6 drops and apply to neck and face. Avoid the eye area.
Always hold your head up, but be careful to keep your nose at a friendly level.

Dry Cracked Feet:
Steep marshmallow root in water for 30 minutes, add to warm water with 1/4 C. Powdered oatmeal to make a foot bath and soak feet for at least 30 minutes. Use two to three times a week for severe case.
