TEMPORARY FATIGUE RELIEF
Press point on bottom of foot below ball of foot under third toe. With four fingers, massage hollow at the base of the skull in a clockwise direction for two minutes. Press point between eyes on spot where the eyebrows come together. Massage area one hand up from navel for two mins. Press point on abdomen one and a half inches right below the navel, for 10 secs. Place hands in hollow behind the knees and massage for two minutes. To complete: Rub palms
together until heat is generated, then lay them gently over your eyes. This is very soothing. Press the point in the center of the sternum.

2000 A.D. - "That antibiotic is artificial. Here, eat this root!"
Try these for depression:
Cloves~ added to tea, can boost spirits and liven gloomy moods.
St. John's Wort~ has been proven to effectively liven spirits. Take in capsule form, as it has a nasty flavor and odor.
