Migraine Headaches -
This is a natural painkiller and is good for migraine headaches. Chop 1 tablespoon of Stinking Iris (Iris Foetidissima) and add to 1 pint of water. Boil gently for 15 minutes. Strain and take up to 3 tablespoons per day. Has a slight laxative effect so you may want to weaken it further.
