Sweet Breath Seed Mix
1 part Anise seed
1 part Fennel seed
1 part Caraway seed
Combine Anise, Fennel, and Caraway seeds in a bowl. Store openly in a dish or small jar. You can keep them handy in your purse or office drawer. So the next time you go out to that Italian Restaurant for a spicy, garlic-laden meal, reach for Sweet Breath seed mix instead of the candy.
