Tea For Sinus Pressure
This is the worst, those with common allergies sometimes spend all day with a slight headache, try this one...

Feverfew (25%)
Spearmint (25%)
Winter green* (50%).

Steep for 15 min.

*Winter green contains Methyl Salicylate, therefore those that are allergic to Aspirin may want to use Ginko in its place.

After you drink this tea apply pressure using your two pointer fingers to the nasal passage (just about the space on either side of the bridge of the nose, between the eyes). Try this for about 2 minutes (four or five times) within the next half hour or so, until the tea kicks in.

Eucalyptus boiled for 5 minutes and deeply inhaled for a period of time is another cure for a hard core sinus headache in conjunction with the tea.
There are souls in this world which have the gift of finding joy everywhere and of leaving it behind them when they go.
