Dry, chapped hands, split fingerprints, hangnails?
To help:  Never, never, never use bath soap to wash your hands, bath soap is harsher than hand soap. Wear gloves when you go out the door.  This will help keep hands from chapping, and help that arthritis ache, too, even after the car gets warm.

Another thing for arthritis, my fingers have ached for years, sometimes even burn, I find if I make an effort to keep my hands flat, as much as possible, it helps.

Don't curl your hands in bed, pay attention, you probably do that.  Try to keep them flat, when you are idle, do not curl your hands.

There are fingerless, spandex gloves that are made especially for the computer, and for sewing.  They can be found at Office Depot, and at sewing centers, about $8 each, and they really help.

A healthy body and soul come from an unencumbered  mind and body.

An itch is a stimulus affecting the nerve endings between the dermis and epidermis; scientists liken it to a form of pain. But that's neither here nor there. It's usually caused by histamine released in the epidermis. Scratching stops it, either by interfering with the nerve impulses or by temporarily damaging the nerves themselves.
