MAYAN HAIR MASK
Ancient Mayans used avocado to nurish their hair.
1/2 ripe avocado
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 banana
1 egg yolk
Mash avocado and banana and mix with olivie oil and
egg yolk. Massage into hair and scalp and cover with
a shower cap. Leave on for about 1 hour and rise
thoroughly with warm water.
Shampoo as usual.

The mesh bags that onions are sold in work great for hanging herbs to dry! Place the herbs inside the bag and hang somewhere dry with good air circulation until they dry. Crush while still in the bag and they will fall out onto the counter or plate if you hold it over one. Store in a covered container and you are set!
