Anti-dandruff Rinse
4 cups distilled or spring water
1/2 cup rosemary
1/2 cup peppermint
1/4 cup lavender
1  teaspoon borax
12 drops tea tree essential oil

Bring the water to a boil.  Add the herbs, stir, cover and turn off the heat.  Steep for approximately 3 1/2 hours.  Strain and bottle the liquid, then add the borax and essential oil.  Lable and use within 12 months if you've used dried herbs; 10 days if you used fresh.
For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.  For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.  For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry.  For beautiful hair, let a child run his or her fingers through it once a day.  For poise, walk with the knowledge that you'll never walk alone.

An excellent after shampoo rinse for dandruff can be made by taking one cup each violet leaves, peppermint, nettle, red clover, witch hazel, and rosemary. Mix them together. Before shampooing, warm a quarter cup of the dried herbs in two cups of water for your rinse.
