A Holiday Favorite and easy to make.In a jar with a lid, layer Pine needles stripped from a branch, with Sea Salt, and or Epsom Salts. Cover and let sit for 3 weeks. Use 2 Tablespoons per bath. For a stonger scent add some of our Evergreen blend . Pine, Spruce and Fir.
1 cup of whole milk
6 sprigs of rosemary
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
Optional: 5 drops of peppermint essential oil
In a saucepan, simmer milk, mint and rosemary for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly. Strain and add in the peppermint essential oil if you are using it. Soak a clean dry cloth with the mixture and wrap the cloth around your feet. This is enough for one time. Discard the soak afterwards.
