1/2 cup aloe vera gel
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon witch hazel
3 to 4 drops peppermint essential oil
Combine aloe vera, cornstarch and witch hazel together in a
microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes,
stirring every 30 seconds, until warmed and thick. Cool
completely. If using, stir in peppermint oil. Store in an
airtight container. Gently rub into your feet, and your legs
if they are in need of soothing too.
