3 drops bergamot
3 drops clary sage
4 drops rosewood
Add oils to 2 gallons warm water and mix well. This is a bath for
full days when you must be going strong into the night. Rosewood and bergamot are refreshing and are neither too sedating or stimulating. Clary sage is the pure essential oil that helps soothe away the days' cares and tensions on aromatic vapors. Soak feet for about 15 minutes. Just lay back, relax and follow with a 15 to 30 minutes nap for a complete revival. If you don't have time for a nap, just a quick soak can be reviving in itself.
There must be quite a few things that a hot bath won't cure, but I don't know many of them.

Ylang Ylang is another essential oil that helps to rejuvenate the skin. Due to it's plant hormones it helps to soften, smooth and balance moisture. It also has the ability to relax tight facial muscles.
