Syrup for Pain in the Stomach and Side
4 ounces White Root
4 ounces Skunk Cabbage
2 ounces Boneset
2 ounces Prickley Ash Bark
1/4 ounce Angelica seed
1/4 ounce Coriander
1/2 ounce Ginger

To be put in a stone jug unstopped and boiled in a kettle of water for an hour.

Dose: 1/4 of a wine glass 3 or 4 times a day before eating.
