1/2 cup distilled water
1/4 cup witch hazel
1/4 cup aloe gel or juice
8 drops lavender essential oil
2 drops chamomile essential oil
1 drop geranium essential oil
1 teaspoon honey
Combine ingredients and pour into spray bottle.

How high does SPF go?
You can get sunscreens with SPF numbers as high as 50, but don't bother. While SPF 30 isn't FULL protection (it protects you from about 96 percent of the sun's ultraviolet rays), sunscreens with SPF numbers higher than 30 don't really provide significantly more protection
