Relaxation Bath
1/2 cup fresh or 1/4 cup dried lemon balm
1/2 cup fresh or 1/4 cup dried German chamomile blossoms
2 cups boiling water

Add the herbs to the boiling water. Cover and infuse for 20 minutes.
Strain and add to your bathwater.

CEDARWOOD: Benefits rheumatism and arthritic pain/ good in a bath, for massage and as a compress.  Dilute the E.Os. everytime.  For a compress - add oil to 1 T. of milk and then add warm water.  Soak cloth compress and apply to area for 10 - 15 min.  My notes do not include any precautions beyond the precaution regarding the first trimester of pregnancy.
