Wake-Up bath
5 drops rosemary essential oil
3 drops peppermint essential oil
2 drops spruce essential oil
1 Tablespoon vinegar

Add ingredients to a tub of water. Stir well. Step into the bath and soak for 10 minutes. Caution: Avoid rosemary and peppermint essential oil's if you are pregnant or nursing.

MAKE YOUR OWN DEODORANT AND SAVE YOUR SKIN (AND MONEY!) If regular deodorants are irritating to your skin sometimes, then try this homemade recipe: Combine in a baby powder shaker: 1 part cornstarch to 3 parts baking soda.  Sprinkle some on your hands and rub it in until it almost disappears.  The cornstarch helps keep you dry, and the baking soda works on the odor. You can also add some scented powder for some added freshness, or you can put on some of your favorite body splash before applying your homemade mix. Y'all keep cool!
