Spa Salt Glow
What you will need:

Epsom salts ($2 at a pharmacy or Walmart)
Olive oil
You can stop with these two ingredients or add on:
4 Vitamin E capsules
A few ground up macadamia nuts
a drop or two of glycerin
Some essential oils

Here's what you do:

Get a bowl you can take in the shower with you. Pour in about a cup and 1/2 of salts. I usually don't measure, I use my intuition! :) Go ahead and add the "extras" if you choose (nuts, essential oil, glycerin). Pour in the oil. Use about 1/4 cup. You want the salt to be moist, but not swimming in the oil. Mix it all up. Take the bowl with you in the shower. Wash with your normal soap. Then, adjust your shower nozzel, or step out of the stream of water. Rub the salt glow all over your body, concentrating on rough spots like you elbows. Skip the bottoms of your feet, or you may slip! Also, be forewarned that you shower floor will be a bit slippery from the oil, so use caution.

When you are done rubbing the salt in, step back in the shower stream and rinse it all off. I like to wash my hands so they're not oily. After you towel off, there's no need for body lotion! Your skin will be so soft and exfoiliated. This is a great quick and easy way to turn your shower into a spa. Nothing beats it for pampering winter skin!
