1/4 cup dried St. John's Wort
1/4 cup dried Lavender
1/4 cup dried Rosemary

Steep herbs for 20 minutes or longer in one quart of water that has just been boiled. Add to warm bath water. Soak minimum of 20 minutes.

An Old French folk remedy for insomnia and hyperactivity that's been tried with pretty good success is lavender-chamomile tea. Steep 1 1/2 tsp.  of dried, cut lavender and chamomile in 1-3/4 cups boiling water, covered and away from the heat, for 40 minutes. Prepare about an hour before retiring, then strain and drink the tea while it's still lukewarm.
