Eliminate foods that are known to cause allergic reactions (such as peanuts and peanut butter, wheat, milk, corn, chocolate..)
Eliminate sugar, alcohol, additives in food... try to not use any
convenience or fast foods while detoxing.
Eat more fruits and vegetables, raw, if possible. Drink more fruit
juices.
Drink lots of water and herbal tea. Cut out coffee, chocolate and black teas.
Do easy exercise such as walking, swimming, yoga and tai chi.
Take more showers as toxins may come out of your skin more than normally. Also try shower scrubs or salt scrubs. Use warm or cool water, not hot.
Meditate, do relaxing and grounding exercises..
Therapies like saunas, steaming, skin brushing, mineral baths, and body wraps are helpful for detoxing.
Massage using essential oils such as Basil, cypress, grapefruit, juniper berry, lemon, patchouli, rosemary and thyme effective for drawing toxins out from under the skin and stimulating lymphatic circulation.
Benadryl helps with hives and itching.
Oatmeal baths are good for hives too, for the itching.
