Allergy Relief Synergy Blend
For Diffuser Use
5 parts Lavender essential oil
2 parts Bergamont essential oil
1 part Lemon essential oil
1 part Juniper essential oil
1 part Peppermint essential oil
This recipe is given in “parts” so that large amounts can be mde for diffuser use. I suggest you count out the “parts” in eyedroppers or teaspoons, depending on the total amount you wish to prepare. Store in an amber bottle and label. Attach to diffuser according to instructions with the machine, or use in an aroma lamp, potpouri burner, or pan of hot water on the stove or radiator. Allow the essential oil blend to diffuse three to four times daily, for 10 to 15 minutes duration each time.
