Clear Head Blend
1 Tbsp olive oil (or anica infused oil)
1 drop Bulgarian rose oil
1 drop Peppermint essential oil
3 drops Lavender essential oil
In a small amber bottle add the selected essential oils. Add the olive oil and shake gently. Label contents. To use, simly apply a few drops of this blend to your fingertips and
massage nto the scalp, temples, and cervical neck area.
Inhale essences from hands following application. Take a few minutes of quiet time, to relax and close your eyes.

Tincture for Teenagers
Place a half a cup of chopped onion in 1 cup of olive oil and allow to steep for 2 weeks. Strain and bottle. Use on pimples to help dry then up. Allow the liquid to stay on the spots for 15 minutes before rinsing off.
